When she was 6 she took home a prize in a surf competition using a broken board that she found within a dumpster outside of her home. She began surfing at the age of 5 and by the age of 6 she was the winner of the first competition. By 7 she had a sponsorship. Born at San Clemente California, she eventually moved to Hawaii. She was awarded the Triple Crown Rookie in 2003. She was also a winner of two National Scholastic Surfing Association titles and also the Professional Surfing Tour of America. Ashley was the winner of the 2010 Pipeline Women's Pro, Hawaii. Ashley's 2014 Women's Qualification Series ranking is the 59th. Anastasia Ashley posed as a model for Sport Illustrated Magazine and Maxim Magazine. In 2014, Ashley launched her Gypsy Jet Set jewellery line together with OK1984.
